When you join ASLA, you join both the national ASLA and your local chapter. Thus, member dues vary.

Student membership is free. 

Associates pay a reduced rate for the first three years of practice; $18.96 monthly + chapter dues or $227.50 annually + chapter dues.

Full, Affiliate, and International members pay $37.92 monthly + chapter dues or $455 annually + chapter dues.

ASLA chapters bring together members within a specific geographic area, and these connections are among the most valuable benefits of membership. Through chapters, members collaborate to defend state licensure, raise awareness of the profession, inspire the next generation of landscape architects, and take the lead in championing biodiversity and climate action.

ASLA membership is 12 months, plus members are provided a 90-day grace period to submit their membership renewal.
