Leadership & Mentorship Event

As we begin the journey of the new Leadership & Mentorship Professional Practice Network (PPN), we’re setting the stage for future conversations by establishing shared terms, vocabulary, and expectations. What do leadership and mentorship mean within this PPN, and how can a common understanding help guide our conversations and engagement? Join us for a short panel discussion followed by a facilitated Zoom coffee chat to explore these questions together. Drawing on a previous panel discussion on mentorship, we’ll reflect on how these concepts relate to landscape architecture and discuss how we define them within this new network. Participants are invited to share their perspectives, ask questions, and help shape a shared foundation for the PPN. This introductory conversation is an opportunity to level-set expectations—not to prescribe a single model of leadership or mentorship, but to clarify the focus of the network and establish a starting point for learning and dialogue.
