This World Landscape Architecture Month, the ASLA Fund is launching its most ambitious 3-day giving challenge yet. For 72 focused hours, we are rallying supporters from across the profession to invest in the people, programs, and research that keep landscape architecture moving forward.

How It Works
Every gift made through this campaign from April 13–15 is matched dollar-for-dollar by our WLAM matching pool — doubling your impact instantly. A $50 gift becomes $100. A $500 gift becomes $1,000. Three days. Double the impact.

What is CauseMatch?
 CauseMatch is a specialized fundraising platform that uses "peer-to-peer" technology. It allows our supporters (Ambassadors) to create their own mini-fundraising pages under the ASLA Fund umbrella, making it easy to share the cause with their personal and professional networks.

Is there a cost to be an Ambassador?
 No. Being an Ambassador is completely free. We only ask for your time and your voice to help spread the word.

How much should my fundraising goal be?
 That is up to you! Individual goals often range from $500 to $2,500, while firm/team goals often start at $5,000 and up. The most important thing is to set a goal that feels achievable for your specific network.

Are donations tax-deductible?
 Yes. The ASLA Fund is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. All donors will receive an automated tax receipt via email immediately after their donation is processed through CauseMatch.

Can a firm donate directly to its own team page?
 Absolutely. Many firms choose to kick off their campaign with a corporate gift or offer a "matching challenge" where the firm matches every dollar raised by its employees up to a certain amount.

What if I’ve never done fundraising before?
 Don’t worry! We provide a full toolkit with pre-written emails, social media posts, and images. You don’t need to be an expert; you just need to be passionate about landscape architecture.

Where does the money go?
 All funds raised go directly to the ASLA Fund to support its core missions: providing student scholarships, funding professional research, and increasing public awareness of the vital work landscape architects do.
