For a print subscription, expect to receive your first issue within six weeks from the time of your order. For digital subscriptions, expect to receive your first issue within four weeks. Digital LAM is emailed on the last day of each month.

An email notification of your digital issue will come from Landscape Architecture Magazine via Zinio Digital Magazines at reply@pub.zinio.com .

Do I have to sign up with ZINIO to get my digital subscription to LAM?

Digital subscribers must register their email address associated with their subscription at www.zinio.com .

Login to My Library - ZINIO to view your library. You can also access your digital issues via the ZINIO app.

How do renew my subscription?

ASLA member subscriptions renew automatically when renewing their membership. Subscribers can log in to the their accounts to see their subscriptions. You also can purchase a new subscription .

I’m missing an issue. What should I do?

If you are an ASLA member or subscriber and your magazine didn’t arrive, submit your claim here asla.org/LAMClaimForm . Claims within six months of the publication date will be honored.

How do I convert my print subscription to a digital subscription?

You can convert your print subscription to digital by emailing your request to subscriptions@asla.org . Include your ASLA or subscription ID and preferred email address.

I want to start getting the print LAM instead of the digital LAM. How do I change it?

You can convert your digital subscription to print by emailing your request to subscriptions@asla.org . Include your ASLA or subscription ID and preferred email address. Note: Student ASLA, Student International, and Student Affiliate members only have the option of digital subscriptions with their membership.

I have a new mailing or email address. How do I change it?

ASLA members and subscribers can log in to their accounts to update their profile. Members and subscribers can email their full name (or company name if applicable), new contact information, and ASLA or subscription ID to subscriptions@asla.org . Mailing address updates for print subscriptions can take up to six weeks to take effect.

What is my subscription ID?

Print LAM subscribers can find their subscription ID above their name on the mailing label. For ASLA members, the subscription ID is the same as your member ID.
