Leadership & Mentorship
Professional Practice Network
This network is for landscape architects committed to fostering workplace inclusion, advancing equity, supporting mentorship, and growing as leaders within the profession.
The Leadership and Mentorship PPN focuses on the personal skills and resilience that define long-term success in the profession. This network brings together landscape architects to explore the human side of practice — from navigating career growth and building leadership capacity to fostering mentorship connections across experience levels. Through candid conversations and shared experiences, members engage with topics that span firms of all sizes, recognizing that whether you're at a boutique studio or a large multidisciplinary practice, the challenges and opportunities of professional development are universal.
