Recognition and Visibility

The ASLA Awards honor the most accomplished designs and work of today professionals as well as spotlight the ideas and effort of the students who will shape tomorrow. Each year, leading practitioners, emerging designers, and students submit projects that restore habitats, strengthen communities, and elevate the human experience of place.

The Jot D. Carpenter Teaching Medal recognizes an individual who has made a sustained and significant contribution to landscape architecture education.

Fellowship recognizes individuals' contributions to their profession and society at large through their work, leadership and management, knowledge, and service. The designation of Fellow is conferred on individuals in recognition of exceptional accomplishments over a sustained period of time.
