Demystifying the Fellows Nomination Process
Thursday, October 27, 2022
2:00 p.m. ET/11:00 a.m. PT

Fellowship is among the highest honors ASLA bestows on members and recognizes the contributions of these individuals to their profession and society at large based on their works, leadership and management, knowledge, and service. The designation of Fellow is conferred on individuals in recognition of exceptional accomplishments over a sustained period of time.

Please join us for a webinar on demystifying the Fellows nomination process. You will learn what you need to know if you are interested in being nominated and best practices on preparing nominations. The goal of the webinar is to increase transparency in the process and encourage nominees who reflect the diversity of the profession. Panelists will include members of the Council of Fellows Executive Committee, Fellows Jury, and Chapter Fellows Committee.

Panelists:

  • Juanita Shearer-Swink, FASLA, Council of Fellows Executive Committee Chair
  • Marion Pressley, FASLA, Council of Fellows Executive Committee Immediate Past Chair
  • Kris Floor, FASLA, Fellows Selection Jury
  • Mark Focht, FASLA, Fellows Selection Jury
  • Gretchen Rabinkin, Affil. ASLA, Executive Director, Boston Chapter
