ASLA Call for Presentations: 2020 ASLA Conference on Landscape Architecture

The American Society of Landscape Architects is currently accepting proposals for the 2020 Conference on Landscape Architecture in Miami Beach, October 2 – 5, 2020.

We are seeking education proposals that will help to drive change in the field of landscape architecture and solve everyday challenges informed by research and practice. Help us shape the 2020 education program by submitting a proposal through our online system by Thursday, January 23, 2020, at 11:59 p.m. PT.

ASLA is organizing the 2020 conference education program across dynamic conference tracks designed to help you focus on the challenges that are most important to you. Before you submit your proposal, prepare by reviewing the 2020 tracks and descriptions and select from 14 tracks that represent topics most relevant to the practice of landscape architecture and cross-sector collaborations today.

To coordinate proposals and network with potential speakers, we encourage you to use the Call for Presentations Google group.

Our session submission guides provide detailed information on what you need to include with expert tips on putting together a winning and help determine which session type best fits your proposal.

Speakers are welcome to use the submission Word templates for 60- and 75- minute sessions, deep dives, and field sessions to collaborate on proposals before completing the online submission. The templates provide descriptions of the required submission information and can be edited and shared.
