April is World Landscape Architecture Month (WLAM), an international celebration of landscape architecture. WLAM aims to introduce the profession to the public by highlighting the work of landscape architects from around the world.

This year ASLA is asking our members and landscape architects from around the world to share their favorite landscape architect-designed spaces on social media with #WLAM2019 with a card that reads “This is Landscape Architecture.” The goal is to connect the term “landscape architecture” with the work of landscape architects (and/or students!).

To celebrate WLAM, a different ASLA chapter is taking over the National ASLA Instagram account to highlight the best of the profession in their local areas starting on April 1.

Visit asla.org/wlam to learn more, see #WLAM2019 posts, and find out how you can participate. Stay tuned for other ways ASLA is celebrating landscape architecture throughout the month.
