Nathan Socha, ASLA

Nate Socha, PLA, ASLA, is a Project Manager at BETA Group Inc, a mid-sized multidisciplinary firm in Lincoln, RI. He works on municipal projects throughout New England. Prior to BETA he worked for a large landscape firm in Boston for 8 years, where he worked in the Middle East and China. He has been active with the Rhode Island chapter for over a decade, serving as a member-at-large, public awareness chair, newsletter and website editor and communications chair before taking on the role of Trustee.

Nate graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2006. Nate became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2011 and went through SITES AP training. He is an active visiting critic with the LA Department at URI. Nate also serves on the Conservation Commission, and Open Space Master Plan Board of Seekonk, MA, where he lives with his wife and two children.
