Geoffery Evans, ASLA

Geoffery Evans graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2002.  Since that time, he has worked for multiple firms in the Tulsa area, including Pittman Poe and Associates, Howell and Vancuren, and currently Planning Design Group (PDG). 

Geoff joined Planning Design Group in 2007 and has since become a firm Principal. He has a wide variety of experience in landscape architecture and project management, including recreational design, sports complexes, park master planning, commercial landscape, campus master planning, streetscapes, and golf course design. 

He has been an active member of the ASLA, previously serving many years as Associate at Large, Member at Large, President, and is now part of the Board of Trustees as the Oklahoma Chapter representative.  He has also been a part of OKASLA’s sponsorship committee, awards committee, and the scholarship committee. 

Along with serving the ASLA community, Geoff is a member of OSU’s Landscape Architecture Professional Advisory Committee, participates regularly with class projects, and has juried numerous student projects.  Recently, he has provided assistance in the accreditation process in 2022.  Also, in 2022 he was by recognized for his service to the department by being awarded the OSU Horticulture and Landscape Architecture Distinguished Service Award.
