Earlier this month, ASLA announced the 2024 Call for Game Changers—this is your chance to share an innovative idea that can transform our approach to biodiversity and climate action.
Whether you're an emerging professional, mid-career, or a seasoned practitioner, we want to hear from you! Your submission should reflect the ASLA Climate Action Plan goals, and we're looking for submissions that address themes ranging from mitigation and adaptation to restoration and equity.
How to enter:
- Game Changer Written Description: Pitch this talk to attendees in two sentences. How will your idea change the field?
- Video: Submit a video less than two minutes, cell phone-quality video describing your game changing idea (resolution of 1920x1080 with a 16:9 aspect ratio in MP4 format). No fancy production required. Most importantly, have fun with it! We recommend submissions to be under one-minute for audience engagement.

The top submissions will be invited to present their game-changing ideas at the ASLA 2024 Conference on Landscape Architecture in Washington, D.C. You'll have just seven minutes to wow the audience and a distinguished jury with your idea.
The winning game changer will receive $500 toward professional development opportunities, empowering you to continue shaping the future of our field.
Don't miss this chance to be a part of something truly inspiring.
Submit your idea by next Tuesday, July 23, and let's work together to create a more sustainable and resilient future.
