Professor Kongjian Yu will show how ancient Chinese wisdom and modern science is solving environmental problems while providing beautiful living spaces.
Kongjian is a world-renowned landscape architect and a leader in ecological planning and design. His nature-based approach to urban planning is implemented in over 200 cities in China and beyond, and has significantly impacted national policies for improving the environment in China.
His talk will be followed by a lively discussion with a cross-disciplinary group of scientists and other experts. You too can join the global conversation with more than 3,500 peers from all areas of science, policy and industry.
