ASLA's Women of Color Licensure Program annually awards 10 women of color with a two-year, personalized experience that includes funding to cover the cost of the four sections of the Landscape Architectural Registration Exam (LARE), along with exam preparation courses, resources, and mentorship from a licensed landscape architect. This program launched due to generous donations from Wendy Miller, FASLA and James Barefoot; Marq Truscott, FASLA and Rachel Ragatz Truscott, ASLA; and CLARB.

To keep this amazing program going for years to come, ASLA's goal is to raise an additional $35,000 annually to fund an additional 10 women each year. We are kicking this year's fundraising off with a matching campaign of $5,000 on Giving Tuesday from BrightView. For each dollar received, they will match it!

This is where you come in. With your support, we can match our current donors and start the momentum for our future cohorts of women of color!

Donate today and help us meet our $5K match!

Every dollar counts! Make a difference and support the ASLA Fund initiative.

"I admire this program, as it provides access to a community of women pursuing a shared goal and supports women of color like myself -- new mothers seeking to navigate the fragile balance of motherhood and professional practice independent of a traditional design firm. Licensure is an invaluable credential and an increasingly important way to elevate the visibility of women of color design professionals." ~ Angelica Rocquemore, scholarship recipient
