Abigail is a 2023 graduate of Kansas State University’s post-baccalaureate Master of Landscape Architecture program. In addition, she holds bachelor’s degrees in biology and English literature from Monmouth College. Abigail’s studies have sparked a deep appreciation for problem-solving and community decision-making. Her Masters research at K-State was a pilot study using the popular video game Minecraft to compare traditional and digital methods of community engagement for high school students. Abigail spends much of her spare time grilling, rock climbing, and spending time with her two cats. She also enjoys playing video games – including Minecraft, which she began playing with her younger sister in 2013.
