RFP: San Damiano Community Vision and Master Plan Process

The City of Monona, Wisconsin (population 8,624) is seeking a qualified firm(s) or individual(s) to facilitate a community planning, visioning, and engagement process relating to the creation of a master plan for the former San Damiano parcel at 4123 Monona Drive in Monona.

The City is seeking assistance in developing a long-term Master Plan for a unique, nearly 10-acre lakefront parcel that could become a transformative regional community asset.

Proposals must be received by the City on or before 5:00 pm CDT on Monday, April 4, 2022, in City Hall at 5211 Schluter Road, Monona, WI, 53716.

Questions must be submitted to bgadow@ci.monona.wi.us by Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 5:00 pm CDT.
