The 2016 Tucker Design Awards

The 2016 Tucker Design Awards will be presented to eleven outstanding projects and Robert A.M. Stern will accept the prestigious Bybee Prize during a ceremony to be held Thursday October 20th in New Orleans, LA. This awards celebration immediately precedes the ASLA national meeting and expo running October 21st – 25th also in New Orleans—visit us at booth 311 on the expo floor.

Initiated in 1977 by the Building Stone Institute, the Tucker Design Awards are recognized as one of the most prestigious architectural design awards in the industry. Today, with a recent joint venture between the Marble Institute of America (MIA) and the Building Stone Institute (BSI) -- currently known as MIA+BSI: the Natural Stone Institute -- this biennial awards program continues to honor those who have achieved excellence in design through the incorporation and innovative use of natural stone in their building or landscape project. Learn more about the 2016 Tucker Design Awards event, including the jurors, the winning projects and how to attend the event, as well as the optional, natural stone focused Member Day activities on Friday October 21st.
