The Town of Windsor is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Keiser Park Master Plan Update. The deadline to submit proposals is Thursday, November 19, 2020.
The purpose of this RFP is to invite responses from qualified firms that can assist Town of Windsor staff in the preparation, development, and adoption, of a Park Master Plan and Preliminary Site Designs for an Aquatics Complex and a Gym/Community Center at Keiser Park. The proposal shall focus on the expansion potential of the park, what and where the proposed facilities can be built, estimated construction costs, potential financing mechanisms, opportunities for project partnerships and preparation of environmental documents required pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
