Nashua Street Park

Nashua Street Park is located between Nashua Street and the southerly bank of the Charles River, from the Green Line viaduct on the west to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and the MBTA Bascule Bridges on the east. It's the first component of the visionary New Charles River Basin constellation of parks to be completed as part of the Central Artery/Tunnel mitigation.

The park has been designed to relate to the other parks and the historic Charles River Esplanade as part of one inclusive spatial whole, extending from the old dam to the Boston Harbor. The central idea of connection informs every aspect of the new water park.
