JP Shadley, FASLA

JP Shadley, FASLA, is the founding principal of Shadley Associates Landscape Architects. For 30 years, Shadley has created landscapes that contribute substantially to the quality of life, environmental health, and vibrancy of the public realm. His projects become compelling places that balance experiential design, the public interest, and sustainability.   

Shadley received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon and his Master of Landscape Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.

His experience includes serving as the president of the Boston Society of Landscape Architects and as the Boston Society of Landscape Architects’ representative on the Central Artery Design Task Force during the design of the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway.

Andrew Arbaugh, ASLA, is a landscape designer at Shadley Associates ,where he works on a variety residential estate and public projects. In addition to his work at Shadley Associates, Andrew is an introductory architecture and landscape architecture instructor at the Boston Architectural College.

Andrew received a Master in Landscape Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and his Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Bucknell University.
