ASLA Call for Presentations: Share Your Big Ideas!

2021 ASLA Conference Call for Presentations

The American Society of Landscape Architects is now accepting proposals for the 2021 Conference on Landscape Architecture in Nashville, Tennessee, November 19-22, 2021.

Submissions from first-time presenters, emerging professionals, and allied professionals are encouraged! ASLA is proud to share that nearly 50 percent of reVISION ASLA speakers were first-time presenters on the national ASLA stage. And we’re excited to amplify new, diverse voices in 2021. Help us shape the 2021 education program by submitting a proposal through our online system by Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

To coordinate proposals and network with potential speakers, we encourage you to use the Call for Presentations Google group.  


Our session submission guides provide detailed information on what you need to include with expert tips on putting together a winning and help determine which session type best fits your proposal.


Speakers are welcome to use the submission Word templates to collaborate on proposals before completing the online submission. The templates provide descriptions of the required submission information and can be edited and shared.

Get creative! The conference education program will be organized by seven new education tracks. Before you submit, prepare by reviewing the 2021 tracks and descriptions. Submitters are required to select one education track and up to two leading topics within the track. Be creative with your proposals and how your passion and projects fit within these new categories.

Education session speakers selected from this process will receive a full complimentary registration to the Conference on Landscape Architecture.
