ASLA’s 2020-2021 President-Elect: Eugenia Martin, FASLA

Eugenia Martin, FASLA, has been elected 2020-2021 president-elect by ASLA Full/Fellow, Associate, and International members. She will be sworn in as president-elect at the 2020 Conference on Landscape Architecture this fall and as president at the 2021 meeting in Nashville.

Ms. Martin has been making significant contributions to the practice of landscape architecture for close to 25 years, working in both the public and private sectors. Her leadership, experience, and vision for making the world a better place is coupled with an unbridled passion for landscape architecture and the engagement of fellow design professionals. Martin has been recognized nationally, regionally, and locally for her enthusiasm for the profession and her desire to advance the values of landscape architects. Martin is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is a licensed landscape architect in Ohio. Currently, she shares her talents and skills for The Ohio State University and the Wexner Medical Center.

“I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to serve ASLA during this time of challenge and opportunity. I will be mindful to ensure we adapt and grow as an organization and profession,” says Martin.
