He is at home working with the multidisciplinary teams common to large assignments and has significant experience on projects requiring multiple city and state agency reviews. DeMarco’s skill at directing complex projects, including those on brownfield sites, has resulted in the successful completion of many fast-track efforts. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Rutgers University. In his new position, he will continue to maintain the firm’s design and technical standards, assuming an expanded role in firm management.
