REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

CONSULTANT DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES
HUIZENGA PARK CAPITAL PROJECT
PURPOSE: The DDA is seeking the services of a qualified team, led by a Landscape Architect, to provide design and engineering services to develop design, engineering, and permitting documents for a reimagined Huizenga Park located at 32 E Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.
DOCUMENTS: To request a copy of the solicitation package, including details about attending the pre-submittal meeting, please email dda@ddaftl.org with “Huizenga Design RFQ” in the subject line. Document holders will then receive additional materials (addendums, Q&A’s, etc.) distributed during the process.
PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING: All interested parties are invited to participate in a pre-submittal meeting on September 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (EST) via zoom. The purpose of the meeting will be for the project team to answer questions from document holders and clarify requirements in an open forum. Attendance is not required, but it is recommended.
RECEIPT OF COMPLETE SUBMITTALS: All submittals must be received by no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday, October 4, 2021.
