This is WORLD Landscape Architecture Month #WLAM2019

2019-04-19

Each April, the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) celebrates World Landscape Architecture Month (WLAM) - a global effort to raise awareness and appreciation for the work of landscape architects everywhere.

And by everywhere, we mean everywhere.

1904 Intl Cards

From the US to the UK, Asia to Australia, we want to let people know that landscape architecture is all around them. So ASLA is asking people to share their favorite landscape architect-designed spaces on social media with #WLAM2019 and a card that reads “This is Landscape Architecture.”

To participate, visit asla.org/wlam to download a digital version of the “This is Landscape Architecture” card. Cards are available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian, and Chinese.

Then post your pictures on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram with the hashtag #WLAM2019

Also be sure to check out ASLA's Instagram Takeover going on the entire month of April. A different ASLA chapter is taking over the Society's Instagram account every day to showcase the best of the profession from across the country.
