Description: The Cordova Recreation & Park District (CRPD) is requesting qualifications and proposals from planning firms with properly licensed professionals to prepare a comprehensive Parks, Facilities, and Recreation Optimized Plan (also known as a Master Plan). CRPD seeks an Optimized Plan that is concise, user friendly and provides guidance for the next 10+ years. The Optimized Plan requires a Consultant with expertise in recreation facility planning, community outreach, recreation program assessment, financial analysis, and organizational analysis. The Consultant will develop a work plan using the scope of work in the Request for Qualifications & Request for Proposal (RFQ/RFP).
