Landscape Design and Contract Administration Services for Ontario Place Parks and Public Realm Project

Description:
Infrastructure Ontario (IO), on behalf of the Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries (MHSTCI), is issuing this RFP for the provision of landscape design and contract administration services for public open space at Ontario Place. The project includes hard and soft landscaping, lighting, site furniture, public art, small buildings/structures (such as public washrooms), wayfinding, grading, stormwater management, adjacent shoreline repairs/flood mitigation and east causeway waterflow connection.
Respondents must submit an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement in order to be provided with access to the Request for Proposal documents. The executed NDA must be submitted by e-mail in PDF format to Fiona Finlayson (Fiona.finlayson@infrastructureontario.ca).
Please ensure the NDA is authorized by an individual with the authority to bind the Respondent.
