RFP for DuSable Park (Park 478) Park Planning and Design

Description: The Chicago Park District seeks the services of a consultant team to prepare 50% construction documents for DuSable Park based on the recommendations of the 2006 DuSable Park Framework Plan. Because this is such a historically important project at a premier lakefront site that is happening at such a pivotal time in the City’s history, the Park District has chosen to solicit a designer for the project through a public Request for Proposals process. Through this process, the Park District hopes to engage a diverse, world-class design team that can deliver a truly special and significant project.
