Description: We’re delighted to welcome back London-based Helen Marriage, founding director of the United Kingdom arts charity Artichoke, which produces large-scale, astonishing public art events. She’ll share stories about these, including PROCESSIONS, a mass participation artwork and tribute to the women’s suffrage movement staged in the UK’s four capital cities this past summer. Helen will talk about how she defines and develops these unique, successful spectacles and their positive impacts on participants and communities. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, RSVPs encouraged.
