Description: A Multi-Use Educational and Outdoor Recreation Center at Wisconsin’s Devil’s Lake State Park. The Request for Qualifications has been posted at http://friendsofdevilslake.org/Interpretive-Center-Project and is attached to this email. Information on Devil’s Lake State Park can be found at: https://dnr.wi.gov/topic/parks/name/devilslake/ The selected design team will be contracted for services by the Friends of Devil’s Lake State Park.
Anticipated Scope of Services: Programming and Schematic Design for a new Multi-Use Educational and Outdoor Recreation Center to include - Site Analysis and Evaluation of a few primary locations within Devil’s Lake State Park, Facility Programming, Schematic Design Concept and Opinion of Probable Costs for up to two (2) sites; and Schematic Design of Utilities, Infrastructure, Sitework and Landscape Improvements and associated Opinion of Probable Costs for up to a few sites.

Due Date for Statement of Qualifications: July 9, 2018
Dates for Interviewing Shortlisted Design Teams (if necessary): Week of August 6, 2018
Timeline for Completion of Work: September 2018 – May 2019
