Description: The Vermont Public Service Department (“Department” or “PSD”) is soliciting proposals for expert witness services to assist in formulating and presenting its recommendations on the aesthetic impacts of various telecommunications, and electric transmission and generation projects as required by 30 V.S.A. §§ 219a, 248, 248a, and other statutes.
