The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), in coordination with the City of Raleigh and Triangle Transit, is requesting interested proposers to submit Statements of Qualifications for Raleigh Union Station. This project intends to adaptively reuse an existing industrial building as a new train station, with associated track and site improvements, at 510 West Martin Street in Raleigh, Wake County, NC.
