Accommodations Contact the hotel of your choice directly to make your reservations. All properties require a one-night deposit (check or credit card) to process and confirm your reservation. Room rates listed do not include the current state sales and local taxes totaling 11 percent. (Note: these rates are subject to change.) Deposits may be refunded if rooms are cancelled a minimum of 72 hours before your arrival date. Failure to cancel will result in charges to you from the hotel.
