POLICIES Registration will take place at the Salt Palace Convention Center, South Foyer. All attendees must come to the registration area to receive their registration packet, which includes all tickets they’ve purchased, their meeting badge, their copy of the Education Session Abstracts (formerly Proceedings), and their on-site program. In addition, the lanyards and meeting notebooks will be handed out in the registration area. Payments to ASLA are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes. However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Tickets will not be sold at the door for any event, but must be purchased in advance or at the registration desk in Salt Lake City. Lost or stolen tickets are not replaceable. Badges can be replaced for a $10 fee. Lanyards are sponsored by Landscape Structures. Meeting notebooks are sponsored by The Toro Company.
Registrations will continue to be accepted until October 15 but will automatically be processed with an increase of $100 in registration fees and $10 per ticketed event after September 20. Any registrations received via fax, mail, or online after October 15 will not be processed. The final attendee list, distributed at the annual meeting, will contain only those individuals registered by October 15.
