ASLA is accepting annual meeting registrations online. Register now and pay for your registration immediately using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. All fees will be charged in U.S. dollars. Registering online increases the chance of getting your first choice of tours and social events.

ATTENTION: Past ASLA National Presidents, current ASLA National Executive Committee Members, Speakers, Press, and Exhibitors. If you are in one of these categories, DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE until you receive special notification from ASLA. If you have not received this special notification by the end of June and wish to register, please contact ASLA at 202-216-2333.

Only individuals purchasing full primary registrations (full member, ASLA student member, nonmember) can register online. All primary registrants may purchase a maximum of one guest registration. Non-ASLA student members may not register online. A copy of a valid student ID (year 2003/04 or 2004/05) must accompany the registration form. One-Day Only registrations cannot be processed online with the exception of a One-Day Only Guest accompanying a primary registrant.

Tickets can be purchased online only as part of a full or one-day registration. All primary registrants (member, non-member, student) may purchase, on behalf of a non-registrant, an additional ticket to the Gala, the Fellows Investiture Dinner, or the Closing Dinner.

Once the online registration has been purchased, you may access your original record again and make additional purchases. However, no deletions/cancellations of tickets or registrations may be made online. Those requests must be submitted in writing by mail to ASLA’s registrar at 636 Eye Street NW, Washington, DC 20001, by fax to 202-898-0342, or by e-mail to AM2004@asla.org.

Online registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. Full payment will be charged to the credit card at the time of the online registration. Confirmations will be forwarded via e-mail.

MAILED OR FAXED REGISTRATION
All attendees may choose to submit their forms via fax or mail. The Annual Meeting Registration Form (pdf document) can be downloaded. Please use the remittance address and fax number at the bottom right-hand corner of the registration form.

Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. Full payment must be submitted with the registration. Make checks payable to ASLA in U.S. dollars or charge your registration fees to Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Registrations without complete payment will not be processed. Confirmations will be mailed within two weeks of the receipt of registration form and payment processing.

Non-ASLA member students must register via mail or fax as a copy of a valid student ID (year 2003/04 or year 2004/05) must accompany the registration form.

Purchase orders will be accepted ONLY from federal, state, municipal government agencies, and state education institutions.
