Contact the hotel of your choice directly to make your room reservations. All properties require a one-night deposit (check or credit card) to process and confirm your reservation. If you wish to book 10 or more rooms, contact Director Martha Montague at 202-216-2328 or mmontague@asla.org so permission can be forwarded to the hotel for those reservations. Deposits may be refunded if rooms are cancelled at least 72 hours before your arrival date. Failure to cancel will result in charges to you from the hotel. Early departure may also result in a penalty. For your protection, when making cancellations or changes be sure to obtain a cancellation or confirmation number from the hotel. ASLA’s room blocks and special rates expire on October 4, 2004. Requests received after the room blocks fill or after October 4, whichever occurs first, will be accommodated on a space-available basis at the prevailing rate for that time. Room rates listed do not include the current applicable taxes of 11.2%. Please note these rates are subject to change. The education session programming offered on Friday will be conducted at this hotel. Hilton Hotel City Center The Hilton Hotel offers its guests a wonderful array of amenities and services. Spencer's Restaurant, one of the city's favorite places for steaks and chops, is located in the hotel. Its location is between the Salt Palace Convention Center and the Grand America Hotel. Sheraton Hotel City Centre At the Sheraton, you will experience a resort atmosphere in the center of the city with the fine amenities and services offered by every Sheraton Hotel.
