Most of the major
US carriers are adhering to the same policies and offering more than one
option to their passengers. Each airline has selected a window of travel
in which full refunds are/were available. Below is a listing of the primary
US carriers and the dates in which they will either honor a refund or
flight changes without penalty or fees. This information has been provided
to ASLA via ATC Travel.
All refunds for travel
are the responsibility of the applicable airline for each attendee and
those requests go through either the airline or travel agent used to ticket
the reservations.
It is recommended
that individuals either contact the ticketing airline or agency directly
to confirm their options and obtain the assistance needed to confirm the
final revisions for travel to Montréal.
