Florida Governor Rick Scott has offered an unprecedented fourth appointment to Elizabeth ‘Libby’ Marshall, ASLA, for service with the Florida Board of Landscape Architecture. Marshall, who is a sole practitioner in Palm Beach, dedicates her work to select estate, equestrian, and therapeutic gardens.
Coincidentally, the Palm Beach Town Council has followed suit and also named her to roles both as a Palm Beach resident and landscape architect with the town’s Landmarks and Preservation Commission for a term to expire in 2015.
