The good news is we are seeing an increasing number of requests for proposals and qualifications. Here is an RFQ for a planning project in Buffalo, New York.

Qualifications are being solicited from landscape architecture and engineering firms to provide design and general engineering services for the creation of a contemporary South Lawn entry, landscape, and circulation at the historic Richardson Olmsted Complex, 400 Forest Avenue, Buffalo, New York. The project is overseen by the Richardson Center Corporation, a not for profit501(c)(3). The project website is www.richardson-olmsted.com.
