Denver-based Design Workshop has been selected by ZweigWhite as one of 2007’s top 25 architecture firms to work for.  Ranked number eight, Design Workshop is the only Colorado firm to make this year’s list of prestigious architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture firms.  The companies were selected based on their commitment to provide a positive work environment and challenging and interesting design opportunities for their employees

The ACE Mentor Program of Greater Kansas City is an after-school program for high school juniors and seniors that introduces careers in architecture, construction management and engineering.  It also offers much needed career guidance and scholarship opportunities. Founded in 2005 with 20 students from one high school, the local program grew in 2006 to approximately 65 students from three high schools.  Come and learn more about this opportunity to grow our profession.  Lunch will be prepared by the award-winning Smokin’ Guns BBQ of NKC.

This event is $12.00 for pre-registrants and $15.00 at the door.  You may bring your check to the door.
