ASLA Annual Meeting: It's All About Networking
Our surveys tell us that one of the top three things attendees value at the annual meeting is the opportunity to network with colleagues and related professionals from around the world. The 2007 ASLA Annual Meeting will be the largest gathering of landscape architects in history and will provide plenty of valuable networking opportunities throughout the week.

Garden Design Magazine celebrates its partnership with the ASLA Residential Design Awards at a cocktail reception. Bill Marken, Garden Design Editor Emeritus and Honorary ASLA, will be introducing Donna Dorian as the new editor of Garden Design as well as honoring this year’s recipients of residential design awards.
Alumni Reunion

Catch up with your old college friends and professors and meet current students at this casual reception featuring complimentary food and drinks. Thirty universities will host their own designated area, so attendees can spend time with their own alma mater and find other schools easily as well.

Sunday evening's celebration at the newly reopened de Young Museum offers the opportunity to socialize with friends and colleagues. The gala, sponsored by Landscape Structures, will feature gourmet food, live music, children's educational entertainment, and spectacular views from the de Young Museum's glass-walled observation tower.
ASLA Professional and Student Awards Ceremony and Champagne Reception

Each year, the ASLA Professional Awards program honors the best in landscape architecture from around the globe, while the ASLA Student Awards program gives attendees a glimpse into the future of the profession. This year, annual meeting attendees can meet the award recipients, clients, faculty advisers, and other guests after the awards ceremony during a special champagne reception sponsored by Landscape Forms.
Closing Dinner: Presentation of ASLA Honors

Enjoy an elegant evening as ASLA pays tribute to the recipients of its highest honors at the Closing Dinner on Monday night. Participants can dine with other landscape architecture professionals as ASLA’s highest honors—such as the Landscape Architecture Firm Award and the President’s Medal—are bestowed on our industry’s best.
