David B. Shipp, RLA, ASLA, has formed LanArc Design, Inc. of McKinney, Texas.  McKinney the fastest growing city in the United States (2000 census from 2000 to 2003, among cities larger than 50,000) still maintains the unique charter Mr. Shipp recalls as a child; and provides ample opportunity for growth.  LanArc Design Inc. provides landscape architecture and park planning services to public and private clients.  Mr. Shipp a graduate of the University of Illinois has been in the profession for ten years.  LanArc is currently working on a number of projects throughout North Texas.
