Featured Opportunity: Co-Author of Outside the Not So Big House Seeks Submissions
Just one of several opportunities listed on ASLA's Opportunities and Events page.
The following announcement is posted on ASLA’s Opportunities and Events page, where users can find the latest information on everything from conferences and meetings to calls for papers, requests for proposals, and consulting opportunities.
Julie Moir Messervy, co-author of Outside the Not So Big House, is looking for attractive residential landscape projects for her new book, tentatively entitled The Home Outside. The book will feature simple, achievable landscapes for homeowners within a range of income brackets. The selected projects will range in size from a whole property, to a front or back yard, to single elements such as paving patterns, fence details, or planting combinations—rich in detail, spatial ideas, design features, materials, and craftsmanship. The book will feature before and after images of whole projects as well as project details, so no project is too small for consideration. For further details about submitting your project please go to www.juliemoirmesservy.com.
