ASLA Attends the Home Builders' International Builders' Show

ASLA PR, Advertising, Professional Practice, Magazine, and Membership staff attended the National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show, February 7-10, 2007 in Orlando, Florida. The new ASLA booth debuted to an excited audience of over 100,000 attendees and provided an eye-catching backdrop for a multimedia display. A flat screen TV showed a DVD loop of the ASLA/Garden Design 2005 and 2006 Residential Awards video and Firm Finder was accessible live in the booth. Landscape Architecture magazines and the joint October 2006 issue of Garden Design/Landscape Architecture magazine were handed out along with the new Firm Finder business cards, “How to Make Your Home More Green” flyers, PPN flyers, the 2007 Awards Call for Entries, and the 2007 Annual Meeting and EXPO exhibitor brochure. Several ASLA members stopped by to express their excitement with ASLA’s presence at the trade show, including Ohio Trustee Craig Cawrse, FASLA. More than 150 leads were also collected at the show with contact information of attendees interested in receiving more information on ASLA.
