Chapter Chat

ASLA Wisconsin
On December 7, 2006 the Wisconsin Chapter held its Chapter Recognition Awards banquet, with approximately 70 people attend on a cold Wisconsin evening. The chapter is are also excited to announce that our Chapter website, which can be found at www.wiasla.com, is up and running.

Recently, WI ASLA members had the opportunity to attend a Curriculum Design Charette that concentrated on planning a curriculum for high school that will focus on communities through the lens of urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, and related disciplines. This is a very exciting opportunity to create some visibility for the profession and expose young people to landscape architecture.
