Drawing Board
JJR has been selected by the City of Clarksville to develop a marina feasibility study for its Fairgrounds Park site. The firm will provide market analysis and site evaluation services along with preliminary layouts for a 200-slip recreational marina on the Cumberland River. Key to this study is the integration of the proposed marina facility with the urban downtown area and the links to the nearby riverwalk facilities.
