Charge and Responsibility
Develop, implement, and monitor a plan to identify potential and
emerging leaders with attention to diversity of practice type, gender,
and ethnicity; and develop, implement, and monitor a plan to encourage
their participation in and guide their development through the leadership
ladder of ASLA.
Reporting
Reports on committee activity are included in the Program and Operations
Reports prepared quarterly for the Board of Trustees by the executive
