Media Advisory: ASLA Panel Calls Disrepair of National Mall International Embarrassment, Makes Recommendations for Future of America’s Front Yard

WHAT:  
Design professionals from the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) who comprised a recent blue ribbon panel on the National Mall planning and rehabilitation process will present their findings during a press conference and walking tour. This findings presentation will unveil the panel’s analysis of the Mall’s current crises and its recommendations to the National Park Service, the National Capitol Planning Commission and other governmental and civic groups concerned with the maintenance, development and future health of the National Mall.
