Thinking Ahead to 2008: Information about Annual Meeting Programming

ASLA will soon be accepting proposals for the 2008 Annual Meeting through an online submittal process.

Annual Meeting Programming falls into four categories:

1. Education Session
2. Field Session (Formerly "Education Session with Mobile Component")
3. LANDTECH Education Session and Demonstration Session
4. Tour*

*We welcome your involvement in developing tours! Please note, however, that tours are established through a separate process from other programming. For the most part, tours are created and conducted by the host chapter. ASLA staff can help individuals or groups other than the host chapter who wish to conduct a tour to coordinate with the host chapter. More than likely, the host chapter will welcome your ideas and collaboration.

Annual Meeting Programming Selection

Membership in a PPN earns you the opportunity to review and rate proposals that have been submitted for Annual Meeting programming. Each December, you will receive an invitation by email to serve on the review team, and will be asked to complete a form to register. You will then have access to the database of proposal abstracts once the due date for proposals has arrived.
