This document serves as a roadmap for the prioritization of capital funds and a decision-making tool for staff to carry out day-to-day operations. This plan update will focus on developing a level of service metric for land acquisition and facilities, updates to recreational value scores, a plan for implementing race and equity criteria, an updated funding plan, and a robust community engagement process. A detailed scope and fee will be developed with the selected firm.

The complete RFQ information packet including submittal instructions may be obtained at www.KentWA.gov/Procurement.
